As you approach the property the gates will open and lead you down a steen driveway.
Suddenly the trees part to provide you with the most spectacular view of historic Portlet Bay. Parking is available around the front area of the main entrance. Head down the steep path to the right and you'll find a hidden patio area with the lockbox located to the right of the the front door.
Upon entering the premises you find the main entrance hall with plenty of cupboards and hanging space and a bathroom with a bathtub/show and toilet and sink.Turn left for the spacious kitchen/ dining area boasting all you will need for a short break or long stay. There a cosy seating area and lots of local and international artists .Turn right in the entrance hall and your breath will be taken away!
The huge living area is tastefully decorated, including a desk if work can't wait, two vast leather couches and cushions in blues and greens which perfectly compliment the art. Outside on the huge terrace there's a table and chairs with a large parasol and a view that never gets tired.
To the left is the blue master bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
The super king bed and blackout curtains guarantee a great nights sleep and the fabulous paintings, (throughout the property) by local jersey artist Fredrick Sands, perfectly compliment the furnishings.
Right of the living area is the green bedroom with three single beds, another desk/work corner and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
In addition to the main area
guests also have access to a vast games room to the left of the terrace.
